Nyinawabera Jennifer is a committed and results-driven agronomist currently serving as a Field Assistant Staff at BIOCOOR, where she is primarily responsible for tree nursery management and tree planting activities in support of environmental restoration initiatives. Her strong dedication to sustainable agriculture and natural resource conservation has made her a valuable asset in field-based interventions aimed at improving livelihoods and promoting green development in rural communities. Born and raised in Nkumbure Cell, Tare Sector, Nyamagabe District, Jennifer has cultivated a strong connection with agriculture and rural development from an early age. She began her academic journey at Group Scolaire Nkumbure, where she completed both her primary and ordinary level education between 2008 and 2017. Driven by her passion for agriculture, she pursued and successfully obtained an Advanced Level Certificate (A2) in Crop Production from Kabutare TVET School in 2021. Professionally, Jennifer has accumulated hands-on experience across different agricultural and environmental sectors. She worked at Ultimate Forest Ltd (2022–2023), where she participated in large-scale tree planting and forest maintenance operations. In 2023, she joined Kitabi Tea Factory, contributing to tea processing and production quality assurance. Since 2024, she has been working with BIOCOOR, where she oversees the management of tree nurseries and facilitates tree planting activities in collaboration with local communities, contributing directly to land restoration and climate resilience efforts. Jennifer's core competencies include crop production techniques, tree nursery management, forestry operations, and community engagement in environmental programs. She is passionate about working with grassroots populations and is driven by the goal of making agriculture both productive and environmentally friendly. Her commitment, field knowledge, and teamwork spirit continue to contribute significantly to BIOCOOR’s mission of sustainable rural development
